  • Hardware Technical Specialist/Engineer

    Description

    Responsible for the hardware development of PV/ESS inverter products, including schematic design, guide PCB design, circuit simulation,    device selection, customised device development, BOM production, material acknowledgement, production follow up, design verification, problem solving and other R&D work.

    Organize and cooperate with software, structure, and supply chain teams to complete the development and verification of various functions of products, and organize and complete various tasks in the research and development stage according to the product research and development process.

    Requirements

    Major in electronic power, automation, electronic information. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3years of industry experience.

    Familiar with the functional characteristics and implementation principles of PV/ESS inverter products, able to independently complete the circuit design work, and have successful project development experience.

    Familiar with various topological structures of power supply and proficient in debugging, familiar with digital power supply control, circuit simulation, familiar with EMC, safety and other inverter industry standards and national standards.

  • Softeware Technical Specialist/Engineer

    Description

    Responsible for software development of PV/ESS inverter products, including requirement analysis, architecture design, technical solution implementation, control algorithms, code writing, self-testing, etc. 

    Responsible for hardware and software co-tuning, problem solving in R&D and production phases.

    Responsible for managing and executing the software process for the productisation of projects, writing and maintaining design documentation, participating in archiving, version control, etc.

    Requirements

    Major in electronic power, automation, electronic information. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3years of industry experience.

    Familiar with the software architecture and operation logic of PV/ESS inverter products, familiar with product hardware and software features and implementation methods, and have successful project development experience.

    Skilled in the use of DSP, MCU chips for product development, familiar with a variety of communication interfaces, proficient in the underlying control software and peripheral communication software development.

  • Hardware Test Technical Expert/Engineer

    Description

    Responsible for product hardware functional performance test, reliability test, and safety test, etc.

    Develop reasonable test specifications according to product definition, and use professional equipment and bench for testing.

    Analyze the failure causes and provide design improvement solutions for test problems.

    Responsible for the management of test equipment and bench resources, and maintenance of test documentation.

    Requirements

    Familiar with electrical circuits and basic principles, major failure modes such as electrical components and mechanical structural components.

    Familiar with grid connection regulations, safety regulations and corresponding test methods in different countries.

    Familiar with test equipments and test benches, with experience in inverter or ESS device testing.

    Good learning and communication skills, willing to meet challenges.。

    Bachelor degree or above, double E related majors.

  • Software Test Technical Expert/Engineer

    Description

    Responsible for interfacing with the requirements department, participating in the review of new and modified product/UI/technical requirements and proposing modifications.

    Coordinate the testing of Web/App products, including scheme formulation, use case writing, test tool development, environment construction and resource coordination.

    Responsible for software testing and quality acceptance at all stages of the product, including functional testing, performance testing, interface testing, and compatibility testing.

    Responsible for software testing problem management, quickly locating problems and submitting bugs, promoting problem resolution and completing regression testing.

    Requirements

    Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or related. 

    Familiar with Saas product development process, understand product development requirements and able to provide review comments.

    Experience in web and app testing, familiar with full-cycle product testing process and testing requirements.

    Good learning and communication skills, willing to meet challenges.

  • Power Supply Hardware R&D Senior Specialist & Manager

    Description

    Responsible for system hardware architecture and parameter design, key device selection, and key technical issues for PV/ESS inverter products.

    Responsible for analysing the development direction of the industry & competitors, and the product landing of the pre-researching technology.

    Responsible for technical & cost analysis of new products, organizing product projects to ensure their market competitiveness and commercial success.

    Responsible for the construction of product hardware technology platform and IT construction of development process.

    Responsible for the daily management and promotion of the team.

    Requirements

    Major in electronic power, automation, electronic information. Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years of industry experience.

    Previous successful experience with PV/ESS Inverter products.

  • Power Software Algorithm Engineer & Specialist

    Description

    Responsible for the development of control algorithms for PV inverter products, including scheme design, simulation verification, code development, and self-test verification.

    Responsible for control algorithm optimisation & iteration, software and hardware joint debugging and problem solving to ensure that the product successfully achieves node goals.

    Responsible for research on control algorithms for new requirements and technologies.

    Responsible for the construction of the algorithm's centre-stage technology.

    Requirements

    Major in electronic power, automation, electronic information. Master degree or above, more than 5 years of industry experience.

    Familiar with all kinds of inverter hardware topology, proficient in AC-DC, DC-DC, DC-AC control logic and algorithm.

    Previous successful experience with PV/ESS Inverter products.
